  having been raised a witness, i was taught to never refuse an assignment.

  view everything as a "privilege from jehovah".

  so naturally, wanting to be an elder was very important to me and to my family.

  Has anybody been at those 1/2 hour public talk meetings?

  i wonder if anybody out there has been to the sunday meeting with the 1/2 hour talk followed by the watchtower study?

  how does it work?

  is the entire meeting still 2 hours but there is a 1/2 hour break in between parts?

  i stopped going to meetings over a year ago as i'm a lesbian and have finally accepted it.

  i was a witness for 22 years, since i was born.

  now i missed my friends at the hall at first, but now i have some amazing new friends that love me no matter what.

  that's makes alot of sense what you're saying FFM, there must be a reason I send wrong signals sometimes and more than likely it's because of his indecision. Doesn't matter how much I love him if he doesn't feel the same way then it's not gonna work.

  sounds like I have to make some serious decisions soon and I'm not looking forward to it.

  ok after the serena williams thread and a few others that focus on looks i want to know what your idea of perfection in the opposite or same sex is.. i like muscular men with a full head of hair, i love classic features like a strong nose and jaw.. i also find blond blue eyed men sexy (don't ask me why).

  i don't like that are to thin, nice teeth and soft eyes.. ok now it's your turn.. .

  On the way Out you hit the nail on the head! He said that I always give him mixed signals, one minute wanting to be with him and the next wanting to leave. Since leaving the JW's (only 1 year) I've been so confused and messed up. He's so patient with me though. He often SHOWS that he cares deeply for me, in many many ways. Maybe I'm the one who needs to live up to my words and SHOW I really do love and want to be with him. He said it's hard for him to trust me because I'm so unstable with my emotions.I honestly do love this guy. I have no doubt about that. He's probably the most wonderful man I've ever met! The sex thing is something I think I'm struggling with because of my pass (virgin for 34 years).
